Returns & Refunds

Because the health and wellness products sold on DiscountBepic.com are consumable products that cannot be resold once opened or used, all sales made through DiscountBepic.com are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, products that have been opened or used, or products that a customer decides they no longer want after purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we accidentally send you an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please provide:

 - Your order number

 - A description of the problem

 - A photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product and/or packaging when applicable

Once we review the issue, we will provide instructions for the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

There is no return shipping charge to the customer when a return is required because we shipped an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged or defective.
